Each year our school and early learning and childcare setting produce a ‘Standards and Quality Report’. Through our evaluation of our improvement, we have identified five areas that we will focus on over the next three years (August 2021 – July 2024) in our effort to ensure that each child and family has a positive learning experience in Cawdor. You can see our five drivers on our overview below.

Each year we then produce a school improvement plan with the key areas for the year ahead. We have used Cawdor’s Improvement Five to create our school improvement plan for the 2021/2022 academic session, remaining focused on COVID-19 recovery where there have been disruptions to learning and periods of time where our children have learned remotely. Our school improvement plan has been created in two formats:
- A one page visual that details what improvements we’re planning for this year
- An action plan that details how we’re planning to improve and who will lead that improvement.

Cawdor Primary School
